Log into your Derimod account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.

Pack the Items

Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included inside the box.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
